Le président du Conseil Constitutionnel, Mamadou Koné a confirmé les résultats de l’élection présidentielle du 31 octobre, proclamés par la commission électorale indépendante. Cette instance a rendu son verdict le lundi 09 novembre à son siège à Abidjan.Selon le collège des juges du Conseil Constitutionnel, le scrutin a été régulier. Alassane Ouattara est donc déclaré vainqueur dudit scrutin, avec 94,27% de voix obtenues pour un taux de participation de 53,90%.
Mamadou Koné a souligné qu’aucun candidat à cette élection n’a fait de réclamation après la proclamation des résultats provisoires. Le dernier délai pour des éventuels recours était le dimanche 8 novembre.
